System Administrator

 

IT-Flow is seeking to recruit a Systems Administrator for their team in Limassol.

 

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of a high caliber Information Technology team and will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Design, organize, modify and support the firm’s and client’s computer systems
  • Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage, in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
  • Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates, and patches
  • Provide timely technical support to users and work with them to resolve their queries
  • Maintain network facilities in individual machines

 

The Requirements

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant
  • Any of these relevant certifications will be considered an advantage: MCSA /MCSE, CCNA
  • Previous experience/knowledge with the following:
  • Windows Servers administration
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • CISCO, Aruba networking
  • UTM Firewalls administration
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, provide solutions, recommendations, and additional actions, in order to resolve issues and mitigate risks
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, professional discipline, and willingness to assume responsibility

IT Support Officer

 

IT-Flow is seeking to recruit an IT Support Officer for their team in Limassol.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support to the clients (this may be in person or over the phone).
  • Setting up email and other accounts for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary as well as testing new technology.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • University Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT Support is a must.
  • Knowledge of hardware and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of Networking, CCNA Certification will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
  • Must have flexibility and adaptability.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and techniques.
